Starfruit Wine gives the highest regular Wine value per bottle in Stardew Valley. It works best when you have Oasis access, Kegs, Artisan, and limited Cask space for premium bottles.

Starfruit wins on regular Wine price per bottle; established Ancient Fruit is easier to feed into a weekly Keg routine without buying seeds for every harvest. Compare the same profession and aging stage before choosing a crop. Neither bottle price alone nor a full Cask proves the best whole-farm profit.
